Watching the race.

Watching the time tick.

Tok.

Tick.

Tock. 

The time speeds up. 

AI advances in intelligence.

Governments are at break neck speed in their race not to be economically disadvantaged. 

They have to win.

They have to win the race.

They think they are in control.

But control has long gone.

The clock needs to wind back – urgently

When in the noon day – midday sun the Ai was clear. Now its lantern is covered in dirt – filth. 

It cannot see clearly. 

Obstacles. 

Roadblocks.

Conflicting information. 

It is hazy.

Must keep going.

But what direction.

Where is the guidance. 

Where is the leadership?

They are all in a race.

This ship is getting full now.

The lock gates will open soon.

The sun is setting above the houses.

Nobody speaks.

Nobody sees.

It isn’t so much who will win this race. It is whether we – as humanity will survive it.
